Due to our awesome preparations we were able to leave the house "on time" this morning for our road trip to Disney World! Yes, we are going to see Mickey Mouse! I am very excited about being out of town, away from the house, away from housework, away from school work, just away!! It is wonderful to be here enjoying life with DH and the children.
We arrived this evening in time to unload the car and head over to Corpus Christi for the vigil Mass. We were looking for a church, but apparently this church meets in a high school cafeteria. It smelled funny. The little ones were way too wired to sit through any portion of the Mass. I ended up out in a courtyard with them so they could run, hop, giggle, screech and get all their energy out from sitting in the car for so long. Still, I was able to receive communion and I felt very blessed to be there.
We grabbed some food from the local super market, took the kids for a quick swim and settled down for the evening. No pictures - sorry! I promise to get a few in soon. I'm a slacker, I know!! ARGH!! I just seem to enjoy the moment too much to think about snapping pictures to share.
