Late last evening we received two of the laptops! I'll upload programs today. The third laptop is apparently broken, so it will be replaced today. My dear husband found some very good deals, but still it is a big expense. When I think of how much we are saving in private school tuition, however, it is a drop in the bucket. The kids are really excited and I've already established rules and consequences.
Update: I spent all day long installing software on the computers. It shouldn't have taken that long except that there was a significant glitch in one of the software. Nothing that 4 hours on the phone with the consultant couldn't fix! :-0 Today we should be back in business and better than ever, I hope.
