Vacation in Cape San Blas

We are presently enjoying the beautiful beach of Cape San Blas, Florida. We are doing nothing productive whatsoever. :-) The house we are staying in is very large and kid friendly. I can tell by the crucifix hanging in the master bedroom that this home is likely owned by a Catholic family. I feel quite at home. The guest book boasts of the many large families that have stayed here before us. There is a mission Church at the street front behind us but Mass won't be celebrated there until summer time. We attended Sunday Mass at St Joseph's Catholic Church in Port St. Joe.

We are presently getting ready to go out to eat. There are very few places here where that is possible so mostly we've been eating here.

The kids have been playing the Wii that came with the house. We've had to be careful about our time in the sun. In spite of sunscreen, shirts and our avoidance of peak sun times C has sun poisoning and J has a slight burn. All in all that isn't too bad.

The only thing we lack that could make our vacation complete is our dear Toni! :-)
