We are celebrating St. Nicholas Feast Day today. I woke up early to prepare our kitchen table for the kids. Whoops, I mean I found the kitchen table covered in red table cloth with clementines, chocolate gold coins and books for each of the kids. St. Nicholas didn't give Barnes and Noble gift cards this year but just brought a few of the classics we didn't have already.
I'll be making bacon and eggs and maybe some pancakes. If I get a shower in this a.m. I'll be lucky. I still have to find our books about St. Nicholas so we can revisit his life and his spirit of generosity.
