We have Bell

The mystery of the missing bell wasn't solved, but the bell isn't missing anymore. Last evening my husband promised amnesty to all if the bell should be found in its proper place by morning, no questions asked, but everyone was grounded until said bell was returned. Within the hour the bell appeared as though it had never been moved.

Of course we know the guilty party, but we are parents and desire to be merciful. Could it be the same child who hid ALL the household's knives and scissors as a joke on April Fool's Day?
