Fruits of Summer

This morning I picked a beatiful cucumber off the vine. My vegetable garden is very pretty but doesn't produce much fruit, so this cucumber was a bit of a prize for me. At the same time I received a nasty sting from a hornet or a large yellow jacket on my right calf. Summer is here!!
