If paint colors for my bathroom rate a one on the grand scale of importance in life, why is it taking up so much of my time? I suppose it is more important than I rate it because colors say so much about a person or family. This particular bathroom is on the main level, the one everyone will see. So, it isn't about the family anymore, it is about everyone we will ever have into our home who might need to visit this room. We want them to feel welcome and at home. If we neglect to close the proper doors, it may also be the first area one notices when walking into the entrance of our home! Everyone I've consulted and respect has a differing opinion which makes this job even more difficult. The reason I am even writing about this subject is because it is eating into my school time (UGH!)- so we've made it part of our discussions today. The kids' opinions aren't helping me much though, because I will not choose electric neon green.
So, at long last, the decision has been made. The girls' bathroom is a nice light purple, the boys' bathroom is a nice medium blue, and the main bathroom in the house is.......hot cocoa!
